i was playing futsal just now..
while playing the futsal..
my heart was beating fast..
and like something stuck below my throat..
it might be air trapped from inside my stomach..
o yea my stomach is bloated.. even now, still..
bloated with air i think.. but it hardly to come out..
so that while playing the game, my breath was short..
it was rare.. before before this i never got short breath, with fast heart beat..
i drank Eno before.. but it looked like did not working at all.. -.-''
haih it lower my stamina.. just play for minutes then need to go out to rest.. darn it..
