one thing about convocation ceremony that I want to talk about is.. "i don't get it what is this for?" i'm still studying.. so don't feel the excitement like others.. and not in the mood... hahah

before this, while still in Shah Alam, early in the morning, I went to Shah Alam lake near Unisel.. did some exercises.. after many many many calories intake (mcD, mcD, mcD,KFC, Burger King, mcD, etc).. the idea of jogging was very sudden.. during breakfast 7am at Hakim (mamak) with abushah, mumtaz and rasydan, I came out with idea, "Lets jogging.." by off-the-cut (spontan, betul ke ayat ni), they want to..

headed back home, changed clothes and off to the lake.. jogging two rounds non-stop! thanks to mumtaz, because the encouragement and the spirit! if not, i'll stop on the 1st round only.. damn.. it really hit my limit.. however, lesson learned! nothing is impossible.. it just your mindset.. your body acts from how your mind being set.. if your mind say no, automatically.. your body will say no! this has been proven! at 1st, i thought i can't make two rounds non-stop, then my body become very weak and very tired and very useless and very helpless.. after some provocation, i managed exceed the limit! even half-dead.. huh-rah!

after that two rounds, did some push-ups.. 50 push-ups.. haaa.. that push-ups! yea! because of that, my back, hurts! until now! :'( its not pain.. but something like "lenguh".. yeaa.... it is.. lenguh.. bongkok sket je, lenguh.. lentik sikit je, lenguh.. mcm orang tua.. hahah
